    Incredible service

    Despite a few bad reviews (what place doesn't have some) The guys at CVO went the extra mile for my family. They drove my truck 4 hours to get a bunch of work done at CVO and while the truck was in the shop, one of the guys there drove my wife and son wherever they wanted to go around Dartmouth rather than them waiting around all day long. I don't know of many places that would do that! Since then I have sent many people there and the service was exceptional every time. I would highly recommend them!

    slack and unprofessional

    I was told to be there for 9am to get a levelling kit and a new set of tires installed on my truck. I got there at just about 9am sharp and asked the guy at the desk how long it would be and he said 2.5 or 3 hours is what he told me, which was not unreasonable as i have had many lifts and levels installed before but when i came back to the shop 3 hours later, my truck was still sitting on the hoist with the same 4 tires i drove in on. assuming they got held up with something important, i was cool about it and sat and waited but as the hours slowly passed by with me in the waiting chair staring at my truck watching an empty garage with no one working in it. as their work day finally came to a close, they decided to do some work but i still didnt get out of there until 4:30. 7+ hours waiting for a 2.5 hour job is a joke. very unpleasant experience to say the least, wouldn't recommend to anyone unless they're the last available option
