Canadian Tire General Store - Auto Service

i called the store to scheduale an oil change. THE SERVICE CENTER PICKED UP Immediately. They didn't say a greeting they just asked if they could put me on hold I said yes. I waited on hold for 15 min and had to hang up as my break was over at work. I called back later and the same thing happened. I guess Canadian tire does not want new business.

Absolutely terrible. Walked in looking for a product. I asked 3 young guys all standing around talking to each other where this item is and they all huffed about who had to leave and help then came out with the wrong colour product and when I said it’s wrong they said “well we can go look again but the orange will be harder to find”. Terrible service and I left laughing because of how unprofessional the whole experience was. I’d rate 0 stars.

Was in your store the week of Feb 14, 2018. I was looking for a car hammock seat protector for pets. I asked the young girl that was behind the desk and she did not know if you had one or not. Another male employee was doing something on the floor very near to her, she asked him about it and he said very rudely "I don't know". She then looked at me and said we don't have those. I was so angry I stomped out of the store before I lost my temper. Absolutely no customer service what so ever.

I have had several repairs on my suburban over the past year and I am more than happy with the quality of work and the turn-around time. The mechanic, Rick is professional and very competent.

My initial experience with this Canadian Tire Store was very positive
