I’m not usually one to complain or write a review, but after the horrible treatment I received from the restaurant owner I thought that it was important to share. I made a reservation and had to cancel 40 minutes prior due to a family emergency. Midway through trying to explain myself to the owner, she not only yelled at me over the phone, but also told me to “never call again” in her words exactly. Very disrespectful staff, I am very shocked by the treatment.
Worse than terrible that place is sickening. I have never eaten there but I do not like the way they treat ppl as I heard how they would not let a non buying customer use the washroom
I went there for lunch in Sept 2017.The menu is expensive for lunch but I wanted to spoil my girlfriend. I took the lobster roll, had a few during my trip,but this was the worst. Everywhere else,the lobster rolls had lots of lobster meat in them.This one had 3 small pieces, not covering the roll itself, and lots of mayo.I was disappointed with the roll + the waitress attitude toward us.The restaurant was empty, yet she acted as a robot, never smiled to us, even when we walked in. Waste of money.
On a day where their dining room was less than half full we were turned away as a family of 4 adults and one baby in a stroller (who we could have removed from the stroller and folded away) because they "aren't suited to children under 10". Well then I agree, you don't suit me and my 3 month sleeping baby either, I'll take my business elsewhere!
