Excuses, delays... excuses and more delays. If they can’t deliver then they need to stop advertising they can!!!
Package was supposedly delivered to me on Sept 21st still not here on September 30th. Purolator driver here today, wrapped on window and before I could get to the door was driving away.
Absolutely terrible service. One parcel delivered and lost to the wrong address in Truro the other stuck on a truck somewhere 3 days past my already delayed arrival date. Mind you this item travelled across Canada without a hitch to end up Lost in Truro with Purolator. UPDATE- Just received news from Amazon to make another claim as it seems they have lost my second parcel as well.
Terrible service .... scheduled a pick up for 12-2 only to come home and find a sticky on my door from 10:13 saying that CAN’T pick up the package at that time at any given day .... than tells me it’s a courtesy that they pick up deliveries .... WTF ITS ONLY BEING RETURNED CAUSE THEY SMASHED THE BOX ALL UP AND THE TV DOESNT WORK
Very poor customer service!!! They also hire out their deliveries and are not held responsible for they delays!! I was do to receive a package today, and it went undelivered. Said they couldnt make it up my BARE driveway. Nor did they try to call the number on my package!!! WILL NEVER USE PUROLATOR again if I can help it. Ended up sending package back due to the expense of having to drive 90 mins!!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - if you want to actually receive your delivery, that is. Absolutely THE WORST company Ive ever dealt with. Going on 7 days for a one-day delivery and Im not set to have my package anytime in the near future. They left my package in a city I dont even live in, and then rather than re-routing it to a depot three blocks away, they just continue to drive it around the city of Toronto (for fun, I guess). There are 13 entries in on my tracking page for a one day delivery.
Absolutely terrible customer service. I don't know who was in charge of hiring the Customer Service people but they should be fired! Had no clue how to answer the phone and when they did had as much personality as a puddle! Smarten up Purolator and get people who have customer service background,in other words someone who is happy, helpful and not angry!No stars as their service is appalling! Scratch that it wouldn't let me enter no stars...but for the record it doesnt even deserve 1 star!
They have held my package for over two weeks, I have sent them numerous e-mails on their "Contact Us" service with no answer, I sent them another full address for the package, still no answer, no delivery, I see where they have contacted the intended delivery person by phone. No such call was ever received, this is the absolute worst example of any kind of service, I will never use Purolator ever again !!!!
