I purchased a couch here, and it did not fit into my apartment. They wouldn't refund my money, they would give me store credit but the problem was they didn't have any smaller couches. This was a very upsetting experience for me, because it was my first big purchase upon graduating college and getting a job.
The manager was extremely rude and patronizing. For some reason he felt the need to belittle me. I was very upset, and he seemed to enjoy exerting what little power he had to make a 19 year old girl cry.
