Warranty inspections Good day, I am writing this to complain about your car service practices. I took my 2020 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross in for a warranty inspection this morning. I had gotten an oil change prior to this appointment at another service center. I was informed that an oil change was part of a package that could not be broken up and unless I pay for it. It was your pricing that forced me to shop elsewhere for my oil change in the first place. I will never buy another car there

Brought our 2016 rvr in because of a rattle from the exhaust.... heat shields we’re corroded. They used $1 hose clamps to keep them on. Just awesome guys! Never again!
