Scheduling error caused my time sensitive appointment to be cancelled on the spot while in the waiting room.
Manager Steve Cook from Gander provided no resolution. They recommended I use my personal vehicle to commute to Gander using my fuel, wear, and time due to their error, which is not sustainable nor accountable.
