If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. I avoid this location at all costs and when I do go here the odd time I am running late, my experience is AWFUL. They keep customers waiting in line, with no one at the register for long periods of time, which is frustrating as a customer. Customer satisfaction is obviously not a priority. I don't think I can even blame it on being understaffed because I always see 3-4 people behind the counter and it only takes 1 person to take an order. Horrible.
The staff there are awesome, the place is always clean, they will go out of there way to help you,when you need help. I'm there almost everyday,to meet with friends, have a coffee or two,have breakfast or lunch. The muffins/donuts are always fresh ( I love the blueberry muffins). I live about 15-20 minutes away, there are Tims closer, to where I live, but I prefer going to this Tims, Its the Best
