The Fishin' Hole

They messed up my line. they cut it into half with out asking to me. The manager on shift whose name start with J was rude and un professional. i emailed the 2 owners/managers. No reply from any of them..???They just dont care...Not going back to there in my life..

Had a hard time returning a broken item I bought 2 days ago... management was rude and unprofessional. I then proceeded to exchange the item for something else and a couple jigs. It came to be a 5cent difference, which I didn’t have in my wallet. And they proceeded to make me pay 5cents on my debit... absolutely ridiculous! Always such a hassle every time I enter this store.

Today I visited your Winnipeg location from BC. I wanted to purchase some fishing gear, shirts and hats to take home. I was not greeted, smiled at or talked to once by the 4 employees you had working. Although I was not, EVERY male customer that entered the store was. I am a women that is very involved in sport fishing. I am a women that did not spen 1000.00 In your store today. I also am a women that will not recommend you.

Staff did not serve us after we were there for quite some time, but in fact looked away and served other customers. You lost a $250 dale! Will not return to your store.
