Had a terrible experience, I'm shocked at that store in particular several hundred times the staff has always been good. The new system change and the late hour likely cause stress on the employees. Most employees are good except one was unnecessarily rude and left a feeling of annoyance I will forever make me question going to that store unless I'm willing to risk mean that person for the sake of a good sale. The store has been my going to store for years I'm a reconsider that
tried to return some items for warranty today and was told i needed the sales slip and there would be a charge for the warranty replacements never happened before new policy wow
