Costumer Service
When ive been at Passions on St. James ive found that the costumer service is honestly horrible. theres never anyone to greet you and they never offer assistance when they are there. Last time i was there i was told wrong information from the sales Rep about a product and wanted to return it (unused) , and they refused to exchange or refund my purchase. I went to another supplier and they exchanged it no problem. I will not be going back there again.

We have addressed that issue. We have a dedicated store manager that can address your needs and we have renovated our store. Give us another try and I'm sure you will be pleased. Sorry that you had a bad experience.
