DO NOT GO HERE!! After being told by the owner after 2 months of not having our coffee maker “what your in a rush to drink your coffee”. Absolutely rude and a complete joke of a company. Called Deloghni and they sent a brand new machine after calling Morells themselves. Says a lot about this place. Stay away!
I brought them my 25 year old Hoover vacuum to see why it was screeching. The guys took it apart to have a look and when they determined it was the motor bearings they recommended against repairs, saying it would not be worth it. They said to just use it as long as it still worked or until it died. They didnt charge me a dime. 4 months later the vacuum stopped screeching on its own and is still working more than a year later. Now I buy all of my vacuum bags and supplies from them.
Ed has been very helpful since first encounter when I stopped in to have my Six year old Dyson repaired. He was realistic with repair costs and in the end helped me choose a new vacuum which I am very happy with. I have stopped in a few times with questions and he had been both patient and helpful.
I took my vacume into Morrell's on Portage Ave to get repaired. The man working there was curtious and very to the point. He explained their $30 up front fee and that based on the brand and age of my vacume I would probably be much happier with one of the already fixed, used models he had for sale, which he sold me for under $100 and with 3 months warranty. So far happy with my purchase though don't know what the vacume originally retails for.
This is the WORST experience I have ever had! I am 66 years of age and I can't remember ever getting this upset at a business person! He (Igor, the store owner) was both rude and condescending towards me.
I was very disappointed when I discovered I had been sold an expensive cleaning product that I did not need. The owner tried to up-sell me a $500 coffee-maker as well. All I needed to do was unscrew a small part and clean it with a toothbrush. He had to have known this. I wish I would have tried that before even phoning Morell's to inquire. I did not use the cleaning product but they have a policy of no returns--ever. Very unprofessional.
good selection, fast repairs. brought a vacuum here for repairs, they actually gave me a credit for the old vacuum and sold me a new one. was a deal I could not pass up!
