La pire entreprise de livraison ! Le livreur ne prend même la peine de de sonner ou d'appeler. Ils ont récemment changé de nom pour Tforce. Je comprend pourquoi en lisant les avis négatifs sur cette entreprise....

If there was a zero i would rate as a zero i was sitting outside in my front yard as the courier didn't even step foot into my yard to deliver the package he didn't ask for directions or even ask what's this address ? No communication skills at all why hire people who don't speak english
Amazon should stop dealing with them! They never followed my delivery instructions. They delivered wrong package to my address TWICE. They came back to retrieve it. One time they delivered my package completely open.I guess it was delivered it to the wrong address and they opened it before realizing it's not theirs. My latest order shows delivered but I never got it. They either delivered it to wrong address or porch pirates got it because these Dynamex people don't follow delivery instructions!
Horrible company, cant deliver to the correct address, no care for how they treat your package and deliver product frozen and damaged. Numerous issues with these aholes.
Terrible service. The delivery driver threw our $250 item on my concrete steps and then continued to kick it several times to my front door.
Just so grateful to the delivery drivers! With all the postal services slow due to lockdown and crazy restrictions I can honestly say that every parcel get to me on time or the next day. They always keep me informed so I never need to call n see what’s happening. And if I didn’t receive in the couple days time, they offer a refund. (Never had to do that). Nothing is ever damaged. They don’t ring bell and that would be nice but other than that, just happy and grateful.
Well i would just like to say my parcel was delivered on time but the way it gets delivered is discussing its thrown on my front porch when instructions say deliver to side door the door bell was not pushed .Is this not the dilivery guys job to make sure we get are parcel after all isnt that what they get paid for !!!! how but all us just decide not to online shop and you delivery guys would be oit of a job. it is very sad that these dilivery guys cant take pride in there hob and do it right.☹️
I wish I could give zero stars. They throw my packages if they actually deliver them and their customer service is a disgrace. I would NEVER recommend them.
Worst delivery service EVER! An item I ordered spent a month in the back of their truck and was never delivered, despite many phone calls I made trying to find it. It was reported as delivered when it was not, and after further investigation I found out it was returned to the sender.
I had exactly the same experiences as previous complaints - tried to drop of business packages at 7 in the morning and 9 pm at night....when business is closed. They are sorry to have missed us. They seem to get to the target location but they do not appear to think about what they are doing. As the customer, I spend another day tracking and problem solving trying to get the package. I do not recommend this company for business deliveries. There is no focus on customer service or satisfaction.
The carrier, dont care about your package. leaves it unsafe places for parcel pirates to take. Lot of item said delivered never did driver never came. I was waiting one time all day.
Left package right in the open and didn’t notify by ringing the doorbell or knocking when it was delivered. We have a area behind the columns where they can be hidden but never take the time to put them there.
Said unable to deliver as business was closed. It is an open 24/7 business. Never closes and always someone at the front to receive. They lied. Plain and simple. Amazon stop using this company!!!
Terrible shipping company. Keep dodging my inquiry when I needed a status update on my shipment that showed delivered but no package found at my doorstep. I called the support line and waited a long time to finally connect with someone who then said all the computers are down. What a joke of a company! WHERE ARE ALL THE MISSING PACKAGES GOING? WHO IS BEHIND THIS SHADY COMPANY?
Dynamex employees are super lazy delivery persons. Just throws the Amazon boxes at the lobby of a big building with lots of tenants. Does not even notify us that they have delivered.
Package was delivered on time and diver phoned us to let us know immediately as we has locked gate. excellent service!
Worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. They are unable to deliver Amazon packages on time, so they will typically not even make an attempt and will then post online saying that the driver was not able to access the residence, even though this is a lie. I would suggest that anyone that has Amazon deliveries contact Amazon to advise them that they do not want Dynamex/TForce Logistics for any deliveries. Calling Dynamex support (in India!) was a complete joke. Amazon needs to dump them ASAP
Received an email from Dynmex saying they were sorry they missed. I was home all day and they never came. Called company, initially said package was not picked at depot, then said they tried deliver and had correct address. Blatant lie! Heard similar stories about this company, clearly poorly managed! Poor customer service. Email said they left a paper at my door with further instructions, no paper was found.
Lazy employees, no help, given some run-aroumd excuse as to why they couldnt access my front porch that ALL other deliveries have been able to (there is nothing to it!!), driver did not show up, unprofessional, frustrating & do not recommend.
