You can expect them to neglect your safety in the winter with always an extremely slippery parking lot and entrances. If you call their general number with concern, expect to be treated like an annoyance.
For the most part at least they’ve attempted to stop people from smoking right outside the front entrance, where it was normal to see cigarettes scattered everywhere.
Pretty low standards with food and equipement. Needs upgrades but no one cares. Rodent problems everywhere. Really bad upper management team and non existant board. Shady place overall.
