Every single visit I have made to this store ends with me wishing there were better options. It’s terrible, products are overpriced and the customer service is truly just terrible. Lazy staff, poorly trained and just overall sad.

The only good thing about this home hardware is the fact that they are open on saundays and the other hardware store in town is not. The customer service is horrible, stand around and wait for service when there is people clearly doing nothing, they never have what you need in stock and the pricing sucks. Not a great way to do business in a small town.

Poor customer service after spending 1200.00 on a Weber Bbq it came with the wrong cooking grates and flavorizing bars...went back to the store to get them changed said not their fault call Weber to get them changed.It would have gone a long way if they said no problem we will swap them out from another unit or call Weber and get them overnighted...but now we are taking it back must be nice to blow a 1200.00 sale and not worry about it.

terrible condescending male staff. 3 of them. I will avoid home hardware at all costs.

I returned a caulking gun that was clearly defective with your logo,the only question from your staff was when did you purchase this ,to which I replied I do not remember he forced the spring back together..it lasted only about 20 seconds...I returned the defective gun and informed the clerk that my next stop was Canadian Tire where tools have a guaranty I have renovated 2 houses using your products without incidents always truly satisfied.thanks
