I'd be the guy still waiting for a call from your so called "waiting list" for a mini excavator. I give up, as it has now been over 3 weeks. The worst part was having received ONE CALL only (while I was on a noisy machine, I missed it) with NO MESSAGE left. I called back and missed out on that machine (understandable). The problem I have is that you tell me you left messages, called three times which DID NOT happen (of which I confirmed my phone number with you). I don't accept lies!
I purchased a Stihl leaf blower on sale & I was charged a set up fee for starting the blower & half filling the gas tank. I only learnt about this charge at the check out counter & I did ask for the charge to be reversed by the owner, which was refused. I have previously purchased a Stihl trimmer (from them, so repeat customer) so I am capable of the set up. Also should the customer not be made aware of such charges before paying?
