I have had nothing but great service from the people at Johns Foam store. They had a custom mattress for us for only $50 more that the standard one. They put some cushioning on my husbands iWalk2 to cushion the plastic parts that dug in for the cost of the foam, even though it took 1/2 hour to get it cut and positioned on the brace. Super accommodating and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
Unacceptable finishing work on boat mattresses. We returned them & asked that shoddy work for an expensively made mattress was not the deal. John refused to fix them & and offered us a small stipend and to get out of his shop or he would keep the mattresses and we would lose our $600.00 down payment. Beware do not deal with this outfit in Nanaimo or Courtenay.
I know this lady had an issue and we discounted her order by the value of the covers that she felt weren't up to par. So in effect the covers she is complaining about she got for free. The biggest issue was the way in which we were treated. Raising your voice and bullying only got her some of the same along with being thrown out of the store forever.
