Ridiculous hours ...
Ridiculous hours of operation. When you have an early sailing 0515 or 0715, the coffee shop isn't open until 0900. Same if you take a ferry after their closing time at 1730. How come a business like this can work on an "office schedule"???? Get open early and close late, hire more batista and everybody will happy!
