Independently owned and operated since 1932, I.D.A. pharmacies are run by local pharmacists who pride themselves on keeping their communities healthy through personalized care.
The most friendly pharmacist I’ve yet to meet. My prescription expired 10 days ago and knowing how hard it is to get to see my doctor….. The pharmacist filled my prescription for me and offered to fax my doctor. Very fast, friendly service within the whole store
Website said the pharmacy was open Sunday. It was not. They had my prescription for pain medication post dental surgery, but I wasn’t allowed to have them. Was told to go to another pharmacy to get them filled “off the computer” which, of course didn’t happen. Went back to get some oraljel as Pharmasave was out. Was overcharged at till by almost $4. Clerk rolled her eyes when I asked for the refund!
What if these had been critical medications?
for 1yr I have tried to deal with this drug store and problem after problem. Not working with me.
I am deaf and have to do the online order for my prescriptions and often they only let me do it on Friday and can't get the medications until Monday including antibiotics I have to take often. I am also in a wheel chair so getting out is not always easy.
I leave my door open to let them know I am home and yet they leave with my medications. Not the only problem with them just the most recent.
Pharmacy on Monday night. Three employees from the pharmacy all went to help one customer. I waited about 20-30 minutes after my prescription was ready (20 minutes after I dropped it off). One girl with the name tag, "Yemi" processed my payment, but stopped when her friends in the store started talking to her. She proceeded to skip bringing me my meds that I just paid for, to ring up her friend's magnum condoms and giggle away. Awful.
