I took my computer there and they quoted me 700$ And then when I went to pick it up they put it together wrong and now my computer battery doesn’t even work! Buyer beware. Just ridiculous

Rick the manager is completely unprofessional

Rick the manager of the store is a complete joke and I am not sure how an Apple store can have someone like him in charge. I will never go to that store again. I tried to return a defective $20 item with a receipt and Rick told me that they did not sell the item and he called me liar and a fraudster. I am not happy at first being told they don't sell that item even though I have a receipt and second of all being called a fraudster and a liar. He was very confrontational and completely unprofessional. I highly recommend you to shop at the competition because there is five other stores in the area that sell the same Apple products.
