The staff are courteous, and like most people ( especially in retail) where they run into unreasonable requests and people they can be having a rough day too, but for the most part, I have always found them extremely helpful
When I call a business more than once and the phone is busy, I wonder about why? is it to busy ? I have been in the store, but i work in another store so the in-store experience is what it is, some of them are good some not so good.
