The one lady that is often there is very rude and does not know how to do her job. Appalling customer service.

Bought a bag of granola that expired sorry I mean had a best before date of August 01, 2018. They would not exchange for a valid best before date without receipt. I guess having other bags with the same best before date means nothing. Apparently they are legally allowed to sell products that have gone past their best before date. They knowingly sell people outdated products but don’t state this on their sale sign. My bad for not checking, there bad for being intently deceitful!

I have been going to Quadra Village Drug Mart for over 20yrs and will continue to go there for all my meds. and drug store needs. The best Drug Store in Victoria.
