Have always liked this clinic but find it very annoying when it says the hours to call in on Sat. are 8 to 1 yet nobody answers the phone. And the message says they answer the phone on Fridays from 8 to 3. I work night shift...do i sats up all morning to find out they will never answer on Sat.? This is frustrating.

An excellent medical clinic! The physicians are all extremely competent and caring. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this clinic!

By far the worst clinic I have ever been to with the most unprofessional front desk staff. Openly talking about patients etc while people in the waiting room can hear, what an embarrassment to the medical profession.

Terrible. Long wait, unfriendly (grouchy) staff. Prescribed me the wrong drug for my infection (I told them what generally works best for me, they gave me something different) and then wanted me to come back in (read: waste another 2 hours) and give another sample instead of just calling in the right one (hello - double billing MSP much??) As I'm in pain and frustrated, the lady on the phone tells me I'm being rude and unreasonable! DO NOT GO HERE. EVER.

Took a number and sat down like the sign said to do for the Walk in Clinic. Waited 30 minutes and still had not been called to talk to anyone at reception/had not checked in. I was planning on meeting my Dad for lunch so I walked to reception to ask how long till I could check in and then leave and come back. The lady at the reception desk pretended I wasn't there and wouldn't make eye contact with me until I began talking. Very unorganized and poor customer service, will not go back.

I agree. The physicians at this clinic may be fine but the owner is in it for the money only. He doesn't care how long you wait, if the door is locked during regular hours, or if you can't get through on the phone (you can't leave a message and the phone is often "busy"). It appears that the owner is one businessman/physician for whom money is more important than good customer/patient service.

Worst Clinic in Victoria

This Medical treatment center is also a walk-in clinic. The Clinic advertises its walk-in patient hours as Monday to Thursday 9:00 am to 8:30 pm, and Friday to Sunday 9:00 am to 6:30 pm. However every time I have tried to go to this clinic in the evening they have closed a whole hour or more early, locked their doors and put up a sign that says they have too many patients. Yet when you look inside there is only one or two people sitting there. They won't make eye contact with you and pretend you aren't standing there at the door wondering why they have closed so early, they completely ignore you. This has happened to me on several occasions and to my partner several times as well. He has even been one of the 2 patients inside when the staff have decided to close early "due to high volume of patients". They are obviously just lazy and don't want to work. I believe that if you are going to advertise your hours as open until 8:30 pm then you should leave your doors unlocked until 8:30 pm! If your going to close at 7 pm then change your publicly displayed hours so the public knows and doesn't drive all the way there after work just to find that you've closed early, again! Terribly frustrating and I will find another clinic so I never have to set foot in this one again, although its clear they don't care about their patients there anyway, and would prefer you don't come at all.
