For the second time in a few months, our block's recycling has not been picked up. This is unacceptable. We are told to leave our bins out early in the morning so that they are not rummaged through, yet not picked up when they are supposed to be. The contract for this service should be given to another more reliable company.

The young man who collected today was pleasant, personable and professional, and did his job with care. A credit to your company. Thank you. This was on Simcoe St in James Bay.
