Langford Canadian Tire has hired security personnel which follow customers throughout the store and treat people like shoplifters, as I had 1 fellow, 6' tall, 270 Lbs following me to the point that I had to go to the front tills and challenge the guy, which lied to me, than 2 employees did by telling me that he worked there. Talk to a 3 employee and she said that he did not work there, so I told her to call 911, has I was getting afraid to be jumped in the store, and that employee turnedand left
Both my late husband and myself have had our cars serviced there for years. And he had an older model Camaro and they would go the extra mile to find parts. I took my 2005 ford focus in today to just have new windshield wipers installed. They notice all my tires were low. and toped them to the proper PSI. no charge, So I really appreciate them going the extra mile. I have found courtesy goes both ways.

I've had a car inspected before purchasing it. They charged me $130 and told me it was "in excellent condition, not a single thing needs attention". I bought the car and drove it home to Victoria (17km away). Two days later, as I'm driving in the city, the engine shuts off while driving and the car wasn't starting for a few hours. Not very good, more staff at the customer service desk chatting then on the floor. Finally got frustrated left to go take my business elsewhere, only to watch another customer complaining at customer service needing assistance as well! Pretty sad.
