Terrible service!! Order rear turn signals for my Harley threw no fault of my own the sent me the wrong one, I discussed this with them and even found them a Harley Oem part number , they still could wrap their minds around this and they demand I pay shipping to return the wrong item they sent me even it was clearly their fault. Had I just bought the part on-line it would have been on my bike by now. Wanted to give them some business , complete waste of time and still getting stuck for return sh
Came to Your store in langford today...terrible customer service ! The silver hair lady was following our friends while my Husband and i were shopping for tops...finaly go up To pay for our top and show Her our 10% discount from the Edmonton store!! ( we don t have to honor this card here!!!) ???so...not 1 or 2 or 3 but 4 unhappy customers ...All of us will not go back and Will let our Vétérans friends know about our experience with this silver hair lady!

I buy bike in 28 may2020, 2014 Harley v rod muscle from Harley Barnes Victoria . When they deliver bike Langley store the bike odometer is not working they said we can fix it but today have 19 august 2020 they didn’t ready yet bike from three months I’m paying insurance never believe on Harley Barnes Victoria
This place is incredible. The selection of new and used bikes is amazing and they carry every possible genuine Harley part and accessory you could wish for. It’s nice to have a showroom of this quality and stature right here on Vancouver Island. No need to travel to the mainland, this place has it all.

Not impressed with parts department. I have a 2011 fatboy purchased in 2011 and the paint from a decorative derby cover had come off. Bottom line, Steve Dranes would not warranty the part, which was purchased less than one year ago, (Harley policy - over the counter parts warranty for one year). Another dealership covered my part under warranty and will have my business. I w ill not got to or recommend Steve Dranes Harley.
