Poor customer service at this store
I have ordered a leather case for my IPhone at this store. The representative advised me they should receive it within 3 - 5 days & that they will call me upon receipt. Over a week has passed without hearing from them so I placed a call to them today. The representative didn't even ask for my name, number and order item & advised they were not able to order my requested item. I asked why they didn't call me to advise & all the representative said was "sorry, for not calling you sooner". I will not shop at this store again. Their customer service was lousy & left me completely disappointed. Very frustrating.
