Pharmacy did not provide immunization record after covid booster vaccination. Pharmacy Manager & nurse were in the room for over 20 minutes having meeting - I waited over 40 minutes before getting vaccine & no one else came. 2 people in the room + myself when receiving vaccine. Not very professional or hygienic. Manager of pharmacy should know better.
