I shop at this place because the prices are the best .It is a mom and pop type shop .soil sod and sand etc.you load the provided bags yourself.I've been there 3 times in the last year and will go back when I need landscape supplies. stan in richmond

Soil and gravel yard set up for professional landscapers and contractors. Homeowners show up and are overwhelmed and park blocking traffic flow - Bag soil area set in a low traffic space behind the site office. Like any other For the trade business accepts homeowners but does not really value their business.

Do not shop here!!!!! The guy who drives the loader is a terrible person. I always noticed this guy being rude to customers whenever I shopped there. Today we were moving our bags of bark mulch and he wouldnt even wait 2 minutes for us to put them in our car. He kept driving the tractor in and out of the spot without any regard for my or my wifes safety and told us to get out of the way. I will be contacting WCB to see what they think of his actions and never shop here again!

Owner has a terrible attitude

We ordered 9 yards of soil, which they delivered last week. We had clearly requested that they place it on the grass next to the sidewalk, but they dumped the whole load right in the street. We had planned to move the soil into our garden over the next few weekends, but instead we had to clean up the entire street as quickly as we could so that cars could get through. We called Lawnboy for help but the owner refused and hung up.

unappreciative owner

Decent products at a decent price but the owner is very unappreciative of smaller order customers. Will be finding another supply shop that actually appreciates their customers. Recommend anybody who values being treated well not to buy from here.
