Absolutely horrible service.
Walked in today to purchase a console and accessories and waited front desk. The only staff visible is in the corner talking to a man about Televisions and hockey.
5 mins go by and I am starting to get concerned, I turn to the staff, now talking about Toronto Maple Leafs and how they are doing this season, and give him a nod and turn my head to the $400 item I am looking at. 5 mins longer and I asked if anybody could help me, and I was told no, the staff are busy
They sold me a laptop sayin it had a fast processing speed and if it wasn't fast enough I could return it in 30 days. They lied it's 15 days and even customer service didn't care that all they were trying to do was make a sale versus customer service. Not impressed. Now I'm stuck with a slow laptop that takes 10 mins to start up
