The product quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time. One can find all kinds of teas, from Wulong to Mucha, from China to Japan to Korea. There are many spices from all over the world - Mideast - East Asia. Their seafood is fresh and clean. Sweets, vegetables, and fruits are good quality with a fair price. One can find everything a family needs.

The worst store in lower mainland that I have ever been to. Store employees bluntly rude and talking in their language and laughing straight in your face. Dirty shelves and mess all over. Seen rats the size of a small dog running around. Totally unhealthy for anyone especially for people with kids. Only go to this store if you want to get a disease and get sick. Also I put one star as a rating as that was the lowest option to rate otherwise you can’t submit your rating. Overall disgusting
