By far the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Prescription was partially filled every time, had to fight to get the rest filled, very unorganized and the uncleanliness behind the counter is beyond acceptable. The store is only stocked to 50% capacity. I have had all my prescriptions transferred to the local Rexal and will not be returning
The worst SDM location ever! Consistently out of stock on medications as well as cosmetic section items. Consistent mistakes on the RX’s, indifferent attitudes with the staff, no follow up with their mistakes, they don’t answer telephone communication it’s a terrible experience every visit to this store. Will no longer support this business as it is quite apparent they do not value their clientele whatsoever. As a local business person of 30 years, it’s appalling how this operation is run.
We are retired and in our 70th. We usually travel south during the winter. When we left early fall, flu shots were not available yet. We returned for the holidays mid December and have tried numerous times since then to get our shots. No luck-the pharmacy is too busy. The worst is not the phony excuses but the horrible who-cares attitude of the staff. No explanation, no alternatives given. We could have had our shots somewhere else, weeks ago, if they had been sincere. I will never return.
So often so many changes in the staff. Nobody seems to know anything ever. Good luck with lineups and with cashiers with no idea what is going on. Not good for customers or for the store. I gave back $23 given to me in change which was my total I gave the girl. She proceeded to give it back to me and I told her she needed to keep it. Also the other way around, many errors and many times. Nobody knows anything about scanning code either, its on the entrance on a sign. They do not honor
I owned a grocery general store and I know that this is not how a store should be run.. I think people are very unhappy and will not be shopping there. What a shame when it was such a viable business.. plz get it fixed.
NOW THE WORST PHARMACY ON ISLAND. Ive been going to this pharmacy for 6+ years and they were absolutely great until they recently changed ownership. Since the change, theyve made multiple mistakes in my prescription medications (which I had to go back and have them corrected), and they cant even answer most simple questions that I have (possible interactions, etc). The staff is highly untrained and its gotten to the point that I will be switching all my prescriptions to another pharmacy ASAP.
I use this store on a regular bases. The people in the Pharmacy are amazing. If it wasn't for Trevor the pharmacist, my husband would be taking the wrong tablets prescribed by the hospital. The rest of Shoppers staff are always ready to help you and are friendly. I also love their prices.
Went into this pharmacy to fill a prescription for a very sick dog which required compounded medication. Was greeted by a very rude, condescending pharmacist that told me that the prescription would not be ready for 4-5 hrs. Taking a look around the store, there was NOBODY!!! Not to mention that this individual was arguing with another employee when I approached the counter. Upon picking it up, he gave little to no direction, or any review whatsoever. It appeared quite apparent that because this prescription was for a dog, that he treated this with the LOWEST regard and that his conduct was the worst example of professionalism there is. DO NOT go to this pharmacy if you are looking to fill a prescription for a pet. We will be going into Sidney form this day forward, solely due to this this uncaring, insensitive individual.
