I am extremely impressed with this great Canadian company based right here in BC. I ordered my bike on Sunday night and received it fully assembled by Tuesday. Everything I read about this company influenced my decision to buy a bike, and now it feels like I’ve found a new family. The quality and craftsmanship are exceptional and very reasonably priced. Richmond E-Bike sell low quality products. When they break, they blame it as customer's fault. Buy better yet cheaper E-bikes somewhere else.
Few years ago, when I retightened bolts of their newly bought bike (a normal procedure which I applied to bikes, as recommended by professional cyclists), one of bolts was broken (even with slightest of force). When I sought help from them, the owner ridiculed of what I had done, and charged me over $70 for a single bolt.

They made sure everything was adjusted to my satisfaction, patiently answered all questions and even went above and beyond by coming to my home to check a problem. Not many stores will do this anymore; they are as GOOD AS GOLD.
