Papa Johns Pizza

We used to enjoy ordering from papa John's in the past. Now with 3 strikes against them we will not go back. From one pizza being delivered completely mashed. To another pizza taking 1 hour and 45 min to arrive, when we called to speak with the manager the best he could offer was 25% off. No. Don't waste anymore time with this restaurant now.

I had a very bad experience with the management ,whoever is the manager is extremely rude and unfriendly .

Most disgusting food I've ever received in my life. Pizza box completely soaked through with grease to the point where the cardboard crumbled. I couldn't eat it, so I called without having even taken a single bite to ask for a refund and they refused, saying it was my fault because of the toppings I chose. I hate wasting food but had to throw this out because it is inedible. This is under their "new management" so if you ordered before and are thinking of trying again, I'd recommend a hard pass.

I'm gluten intolerant and they have nothing that I can eat ! Very disappointing !
