Steer clear of this place. Very unprofessional. This is a for profit only vet who’s only concern in their bottom line. I would go as far as to say that they are unqualified to take care of large and giant breed dogs. Their approach to my four month old puppy was to tie him to a bench and force their will on him instead of getting me to help at first. Be warned.
We have always had a great experience with Dr. Preet with our long haired guinea pig. We have been bringing her to Meadowvale for a few years to get her nails trimmed but lately she had been losing hair so we brought her in. Dr. Preet was so thorough and explained what she might have and what the options were. She was so empathetic and kind. Tonight she also called us to see how Cocoa was doing. Such wonderful service!

I bought some flea killer medication and when I got home my boyfriend told me our dig was allergic to that kind. I went to return it and they wouldn't give me my money back because they couldn't resell it because of the box did'nt look as pretty as the other ones ( it was a little crushed from being in my bag with other groceries), which I find ridiculous. I had the receipt and the bag they gave me. I will never do business there again
