Mike is a caring honest person, a real mechanic. Has helped a lot selling parts that the other retailer said weren't available because I was doing the repairs. Plus when I did purchase parts from the other retailer they were extremely over priced. Plus he will give advise on possible problems your having with your outboard before having to bring it in.

Mike is an honest, old school kind of guy. He runs a shop that is light on frills, but more than makes up for it in service, experience, and knowledge. They know their products and are happy to answer questions. I will definitely be returning next time I need service or am purchasing a new outboard.

If you deal with Mike at this location you will not be happy. I have never as a customer been treated as rude as I was by this individual. Everything is on Mikes terms and he will do things the way he wants. No customer care and he hung up on me twice when asking for a simple service. Do not trust this business.

Mike is indeed gruff on the phone. However in person he was very helpful and took lots of time with me to help me get the right parts and gave me great advice. Based on the 1 star review prior to mine, I was reluctant to call him, however I am pleased I did. I have gone back to him again.

Absolutely BRUTAL se

Absolutely BRUTAL service and attitude. Mike clearly has no concept of customer service and makes you feel like you are an inconvenience ! This is after 2 separate interactions. Had to deal with G. A. Checkpoint Yamaha out of town. I refuse to deal with this man. Good luck if you do. Only gave him one star because you can't leave it blank.
