Adam de Turberville is a civil litigator focused mainly on serious and catastrophic personal injury cases. Adam has extensive trial experience, both in judge alone and jury trials, and is widely regarded for his knowledge of substantive law, evidence and trial procedure. Adam has also appeared a number of times in the Court of Appeal of British Columbia. Cases in which Adam has been trial or appeal counsel include: Lines v. Gordon, a case cited for numerous legal points including a new statutory interpretation for net past income loss and Kirk v. Kloosterman, a multi-million dollar jury award for an injured motorcyclist in a hotly disputed liability case.
