Well MacDonald's Has out done its self again. It seams that at 4am every morning this week and probably longer there system go's down or there not taking orders at or around that time. This time I sat in the drive thru for 10 mins waiting, no one came on the speaker. When I drove up to the window I was greeted with "what" I asked If anyone was working the drive thru and if I could order something. I was told our system is down. I then asked if I could have the Managers Name and Number so that I
night manager says that this so called 24hr mcdonalds is always closed between midnight and 4am, its only the one manager who enforces this rull and refusise to take any costamers orders,eaven for coffee. When I drove past the window 3 employees where standing around chatting with ther phones out, this has happens the majority of night shifts, other night shift employees on other nights manage to surve every thing and take a half hr off to switch over for breakfast. insubordination was the case.
I ordered a fillet o fish to take home for dinner. When I opened the box, the fillet was, hard, dry, and dark brown from being overcooked, a total disappointment. I took it right back and they said they would cook up a fresh one. This one was dark, over-cooked with a bitter taste. It went in the garbage. The McDonald's in Mission is an old and dirty money grab, the staff don't care about your food, the place needs major quality control. I will never buy food from them again.
I was in a hurry so we choose to use McDonalds. Placed order at kiosk at 4:19. there were several orders on with ours. Slowly the numbers disappeared as guests were served our number made it to the top then said being served so I went to get it and they cleared it and said just waiting on the fries. we watched as fries were made and orders that came in well after us were now being cleared and still not our order. Our order was finally completed at 4:55 our food was cold except for the fries.
