Great Glasses

These ladies are very pleasant, helpful, and know what they are doing and go beyond the call to ensure you are completely satisfied with your glasses. This is our 3rd time dealing with these folks and will be going back again. Very happy with these folks

They advertise can get 3 pairs of glasses anytime within a year. I got 1 regular pair & 1 pair sunglasses. I wanted to wait until year ended to get a new prescription & my final pair cuz I work on computers daily making my eye sight deteriorate fast. I thought why not get my eyes tested again before ordering my last pair. This was fine with them. I picked out my last frames which I loved. I was told theyd hold onto my frames. I came back they didnt know where my frames were. Lost? Resold? So mad

All 4 members of my family bought from there with no problems. The glasses were trendy, but they didn't break the bank.

The employees at the Maple Ridge location, were inept, unprofessional and abusive.
