I placed a $35. One roll was soggy and there was no where near enough wasabi, ginger, or soy sauce (cheaped out). When I called from home while they were still open, no one answered and the voicemail was full (frustrating!). I called the next day and after talking with an employee she eventually offered a $15 voucher. I thought that was fair especially since we order from there all the time.
