Friendly as can be when you enter the store, but 'associates' only want their commissions I guess and hover over you when you are seriously perusing items. Contacting the store directly was another annoyance. Couldn't find the store's direct number before driving over, only their call center. Searched and searched until I finally found it and their recorder, said "Closed" even though the website said OPEN. Doesn't the left hand know what the right hand is doing in that place?

I would like to know WHY they have a phone number, but you get directed to this web and that web. All I want to ask if they have a brand of printer ink in stock. I do not want to drive down there, only to find out they do have it, or order only. The service if maybe great if your are in the store and buying a big ticket item.

My wife and I bought a big screen tv from this location. We got home and when we had it unboxed We discovered the screen was cracked. We so very stressed and concerned that we would have a big process to get the tv replaced. When we tried calling the store there was no answer. We decided to box the tv and bring it back. We were greatly surprised as to how easy it was to get the tv replaced. No discussion, just a direct offer to replace the tv! We were amazed by this great service!

Terrible place! Return policy is garbage! Never getting anything from this place again! A fair warning to anyone who shops here! Customer service sucks and they expect you to know their policy without actually informing customers about it.

Terrible staff worst customer service

Why do you have a have an electronic phone answering service when no one answers? 7pm on a Wednesday night. Tried 2 stores, Uptown and Langford. At each store the phone rang for a customer service specialist until the recording came back on. I tried the on line/place order number with the same results. Terible customer service.
