Our furnace quit after the planned power outage in W Kelowna on Nov 5 - contacted Anthony on Mon afternoon; he stated he had a full Tues and would schedule us for Wed morning but would try to get to us earlier. Sure enough, Anthony came by Tues evening after a full day and quickly resolved our issue. I cannot recommend Anthony enough, he is beyond fair, reasonable and professional. Anthony at Phillips Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning has gone above and beyond to squeeze me into his schedule during several emergency situations . He even came to my place during Christmas when my furnace broke and didn’t charge me on another occasion when I had a water tank issue that was small. He is also very prompt with calls backs and service. As a woman living on my own it makes me feel super safe to have Anthony as someone I can call on for hot water tank and furnace issues.

It looked like it was going to be a very cold few days, but Anthony came to the rescue and worked magic on my furnace, he was able to bring heat to my home during a recent cold snap, saving me money on a replacement.
