Mamma Rosa's is an authentic Italian restaurant. It was established in 1984 by Rosa and Giacomo. All of our pasta is made fresh daily with Durum semolina and fresh eggs. Also made daily are bread, pizza, focaccia, and sauces. Pesto, sausages, salad dressings, and cheesecakes are made on the premises as well. Mamma Rosa believes in using only the freshest ingredients of the highest quality. Each individual dish is made especially for you at the time you place your order. My husband and I were the first to arrive for a casual dinner before attending the Actors Studio Theatre. We'd just ordered a bottle of wine when a family of 5 walked in, the baby was shrieking! They were seated 2 tables away where the baby continued to wail. We immediately decided this was not the dining atmosphere expected in a relatively pricey restaurant. excellent pasta

had an awsome dinner at Mamma Rosa's. Had the homemade cannelloni, my wife had the special lasagna. You can tell the pasta and the sauces were homemade. Excellent service you must try it
