The owner lacked professionalism and care, gossiped about others, and was nosey about my personal life. After a handful of sessions, I received a deep burn that looked like a cut, causing scars on my face. I tried to reach out to her and ask about her policy and ask for help, but the owner didn't respond. Unfortunately, this went to CRT where she lied about why I came to her in the first place and gaslit me during the process. I am deeply saddened and hurt by this.
