I stop at the IHOP 310 nearly every time I go to Kelowna. I like the food and the service plus it is easy to get to and lots of parking. Yesterday I stopped there about 4:30 PM. As I am nearly 73 I also looked at the 55 plus menus. I was surprised to see that items on the 55 plus are about 1/2 the amount of food but the price is the same as on the regular menus. I would have thought the price would have been lower if you were getting less food.
IHOP is always simmering with enthusiasm and busyness. This place is always busy and you often can't hear yourself think. The food is good - usually - but I've had some meals that were less than average. The staff are always friendly and enthusiastic. I always try to sit closer to the door as it's just too busy and noisey for me. We try to get in before lunch as its impossible to get a good seat otherwise and you can be kept waiting a long time once they get really busy. The coffee carafe I've noticed is now only half full. The food isn't always consistant.....I've had excellent steaks and one that I wouldn't give to my dog as it was tough.
