Poor customer service and return policy
I have been a customer for a long time. I recently bought a product from them that broke within three days. When I went into talk to an employee she was rude and continued to tell me that it wasn't broken. They refused to give me a refund or replace my broken product. Due to the rude employee and the poor return policy I will not be back. The owner is a very pleasant nice person though, i wish her the best and better help.
