Rob arrived at the job when he said he would be there, worked quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up the area before he left!

My furnace quit about super time on one of our coldest evenings.
I called Doherty Plumbing & Heating because they have serviced my old, old furnace in the past. Rob asked some questions about what I had done to try to relight it. When I said that it would not stay lit, Rob said he knew what was wrong, had the needed part and would be right over. He was here very shortly, installed the new part and I had heat again in just a few minutes. By bedtime I was nice and cozy.
Rob was friendly, obliging and didn't complain about coming out on such a cold evening.
My furnace is very old and I was pleased that Rob knew the furnace and was able to find the problem so easily.
The price was very reasonable and I will only use Doherty Plumbing & Heating for all my plumbing and heating needs.
