I have been bringing my dogs here for years and have never had anything but quality service. On the two occasions my dog had been too nervous for the groomers to complete a grooming we have always come back the following day to have the work finished off. A much better solution than having a stressed animal. I would highly recommend this business.
I had an awful experience at this business. Groomer refused to complete services that I already paid for and also refused to give me partial refund since my dog was only half groomed. The owner called the police and they got involved and asked her to complete part of my dog's service since the dog looked ridiculous and I had already paid. Insane situation. Hopefully this was just a one-off for everyone's sake. Never taking a pet there again to be treated so poorly.
I have a nervous dog but he loves Heidi and Darcie. She is great with animals, very affordable and i alway get what i need taken care of with my labradoodle. Highly recommend. Really friendly people.
