There is a huge sign on the door saying to leave knapsack at door. There is no please or no room for showing respect to a person who has a knapsack and walks or bikes. It would be a little different if they asked you to leave it at the counter, at least it would be safer. I just find the culture is demeaning for people with knapsacks and if you have to use the bathroom while doing your laundry you have to sneak into the A&W now or you have to worry that a $200 knapsack might get stolen.
