Our service rep was fantastic! Sadly, the rest of the company is horrible! After they made a huge mistake, we came to an agreement. They've gone back on that agreement, and subsequently left our family without fuel in January. No heat, no hot water. The customer service was absolutely awful! If you're looking for fuel, choose someone else. The fuel will be the same, but you'll be treated with respect.
